How do I add Credit to a PrePay Account?   If you have not used PrePay before and you would like to start benefiting from our BallisticBlue.com PrePay Accounts you can Open and Add PrePay Credit to your Account from 'My Account' or from the Paying for you Items page.             All you need to do to start using PrePay is enter a Credit Card and the amount you would like to add to your account and we will do the rest! If you change your mind later - we will refund unused credit to your card.             If you have already entered a Credit Card previously select it from the Drop Down menu (see below) before entering the amount you would like to debit from the card to your PrePay Account. If you have not entered a credit card, you first need to Add a New Credit Card from which you would like to transfer credit to your PrePay Account. Once you have entered your credit card details you can then choose the amount to add to your PrePay Account.             Next, enter the amount you would like to add to your PrePay Account. Remember, to receive 10% Bonus Credit from BallisticBlue you must add £50 or more to your PrePay Account. Enter the amount to charge to the selected card in the white form field and click 'BILL SELECTED CARD NOW'.         BallisticBlue.com will then charge the selected card with the amount entered in a secure online transaction. This will be followed by confirmation of the amount charged to your Credit Card and the full amount credited to your PrePay Account including any Bonus Credit if applicable.             You new PrePay Account Balance will be displayed. If you are in the Checkout process click 'CONTINUE WITH YOUR ORDER' to use credit from your PrePay Account to purchase items in your Basket on the Paying for your Items page. If you added credit from My Account - click 'BACK TO PREPAY LIST'       How do I pay using PrePay Credit?         For your reference, the total value of the items in your basket and, if you have used PrePay before, the current balance of your PrePay Account is displayed.             If you have sufficient Credit in your PrePay Account to pay for the items in your basket the amount to be deducted from your Prepay Account will be shown along with the future PrePay balance once the items have be been paid for.             If your PrePay Account credit is not enough to pay for the items in you basket..           You will be shown the Amount Remaining to Pay - You may either:- 1) 'Select a Credit Card' or 'Add a New Credit Card' to charge the 'Total Amount REMAINING to Pay' to. or 2) Add further PrePay Credit to cover the Amount Remaining to Pay       Once you have made your selection click 'CONTINUE WITH ORDER' to proceed to the final step - Order Confirmation page           Receiving Bonus Credit   We offer, subject to the amount you place each time into Your Prepay account, to match a proportion of your payment by way of adding an additional credit to Your PrePay Account ("Bonus Credit"). This is normally an additional 10% of any amount of £50 or over and it is added each time you place such an amount into Your Prepay Account. We do reserve the right to change such percentage from time to time. Your Bonus Credit will be used against any order your place with Ballistic Blue up to and including a total value of 10% (or any percentage that prevails at the time or order) of each order until the Bonus Credit is reduced to zero. Terms & Conditions Apply       Refunding PrePay Account Credit   Any refunds of orders will place the Bonus Credit back into a separate pool and at no point will any Bonus Credit be for use other than as a discount to purchase product from us by you. Any refunds of Prepay to you will automatically reduce and associated Bonus Credit that was provided with that Prepay and as such the Bonus Credit will then not be available for use on the Site. We will have the right to close any Prepay account that has not been accessed or used for a period of two years or greater and if after a reasonable attempt to contact you by e-mail or other electronic form, we cannot find you, the balance will be taken as a closure cost for the account.
